Serie A side Milan saw striker Nicolo Tresoldi impress for Club Brugge against Inter this week. The player grabbed a historic hattrick and is now finally on the Rossoneri’s radar.

La Gazzetta dello Sport – via Calciomercato report that Gerry Cardinale is now closely monitoring the striker’s situation.

Milan have received several positive reports about the player and Cardinale has informed his representatives to keep a close eye on his situation. The club owner wants to remain informed on any transfer developments that take place around him.

Competition for Tresoldi is expected to be high, with Arsenal and Tottenham in the hunt. Barcelona and Bayern Munich are also interested, with Roma having having had a bid rejected in the summer.

The 23-year-old has already declared himself to be a Milan fan and his father, who himself played for Atalanta in his younger days, has also spoken about the possibility of a move.

This can swing things in the Rossoneri’s favour but everything could come down to money on offer.
