Tensions between Real Madrid and La Liga are at an all-time high, with Javier Tebas leading the line for the league and coming heavily under fire in recent days.

The recent outburst began when Tebas compared Real Madrid TV’s comments and telecasts to the propaganda of Nazi Germany , clearly crossing a line in the process.

“ Real Madrid TV leads the way. The score is always the same: select the incidents that suit their interests, repeat the grievance, fuel suspicion and identify the enemies.”

“This method recalls propaganda techniques exploited by Goebbels, the propaganda minister of Nazi Germany: systematic repetition, the creation of an enemy and the subordination of facts to a narrative,” he added.

The comments, needless to say, riled up the Real Madrid offices, who immediately hit out and called for Tebas’ resignation as the president of La Liga.

Now, as reported by MARCA in a recent update, the Superior Council for Sports (CSD) is studying acting ex officio in the Real Madrid-Tebas issue and handing the league president a possible sanction.

The development comes as a big win for Real Madrid, who will finally feel their voice is being deservedly heard. After all, having a league president who openly compares one of the biggest clubs in the league to Nazi Germany comes as a new low for La Liga.

From a tactical formation and squad depth perspective, "CSD considera sancionar Javier Tebas por comparações ‘nazistas’ com o Real Madrid – relatório" carries substantial tournament implications for international seeding and domestic campaign momentum. Coaching staffs are heavily weighing high-pressing efficiency (PPDA), defensive transition pace, and fixture fatigue management.
